Executive Directors

Jonathan Cohen - Executive Chairman

Jonathan Cohen

Jonathan Cohen was appointed to the Board in 2007. He is a founder and director of IDDAS Limited, a Board level mentoring business. Formerly Chief Executive of County NatWest and subsequently Vice Chairman of Charterhouse, he is a non-executive director of leading City search firm The Rose Partnership Limited, Eleco Plc and a number of other companies.

Mark Sidlin - Chief Financial Officer

Mark Sidlin

Mark Sidlin joined the Company as Group Finance Director in December 2007. He is a chartered accountant with extensive experience in the human resources sector. Mark was previously Group Finance Director at Penta Consulting Limited and MBA Michael Bailey Associates Plc, both IT and Telecoms recruitment companies. Prior to that he was an audit and IT partner in a city firm of chartered accountants.

Michael Moran - Chief Executive, (Fairplace)

Michael Moran

Michael Moran joined the Company as Chief Executive in July 2004. Formerly Managing Director of Penna's City business, Michael has a background in human resource and operations management. He has worked in the commodities, derivatives and insurance industries as well as the National Health Service. Michael has an MBA from Warwick University and is a Fellow of the CIPD.

Cindy Mahoney - Chief Executive, (CEDAR Talent Management)

Cindy Mahoney

Cindy began her career with Barclays Plc where she spent over 20 years, culminating in the role of Change Director for the Retail Bank, prior to moving into organisational consulting in 2002, specialising in change and talent management. Cindy joined Fairplace in 2004 and she was appointed appointed Head of Talent Management for Fairplace in 2005. Following the integration of CEDAR Talent Management into the Savile Group in 2007, Cindy was appointed the new Chief Executive Officer of CEDAR Talent Management with effect from 1 July 2008.

Helen Pitcher - Chairman, (IDDAS)

Helen Pitcher

Helen Pitcher joined the company in September 2007 as an Executive Director. She is now Chief Executive and Chairman of IDDAS, a member of Savile Group of Companies. Prior to this she was Chairman and CEO of CEDAR International.

Helen specializes in Board level coaching, Assessment and Strategy facilitation. She has an MA in HRM, is LLB. Helen is a member of various professional bodies (FIOD, FCIPD, FRSA). She is also Chair of Kidsout, the children's charity, a major fund raiser for Child Line and a representative on the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the IPD Learning and Development Panel.

Linda Jackson - Director, (Fairplace)

Linda Jackson

Linda Jackson joined the Company in June 2004. She started her career in the Armed Forces before working at National Westminster Bank and later Penna Meridian as Business Director. Linda has a BSc Hons degree in Management Sciences from UMIST, holds a counselling supervision certificate and a coaching accreditation and is qualified in psychometric assessment.

 

Non-executive Directors

Peter Conroy

Peter Conroy

Peter Conroy, qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co. and in 1988 joined the Baltic Group becoming group finance director in 1993. He has been actively involved in the development of the group's specialist financing and hedge fund activities and has extensive experience in private equity and corporate transactions. Mr. Conroy studied Law at Manchester University and is a member of the UK Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.

Lord Freeman

Lord Freeman

Lord Freeman, has held prominent leadership roles in both the public and private sectors. A former Conservative Cabinet minister, he is Chairman of Thales Holdings UK plc and Cambridge Enterprise Ltd, and a Director of Global Energy Development plc, Thales S.A, France and Chemring Group plc. He is also Chairman of the UK Advisory Panel of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Having formerly been the Chairman of IDDAS, the board level coaching and mentoring business unit of Savile Group, since July 2008 he has been Chairman of Savile's Advisory Panel.

Alex Wilson

Alex Wilson

Alex Wilson, has served as Group Human Resources Director at BT since July 2002. He is also Chairman of the BT Benevolent Fund and is a member of the Advisory Board of the HR Masters Programme at Bocconi University School (Italy). Prior to his current position, he was Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Group Communications, at ICI (2000-2002).
