Executive Directors
David Harrel - Chairman

David Harrel joined the Board in October 2011. He was one of the founding partners of the City law firm SJ Berwin LLP in 1982 and served as Senior partner of the firm from 1992 to 2006. After retiring as a partner of SJ Berwin David held a number of appointments including Chairman of Kyte Group Limited and Non executive director of Wichford PLC and his current appointments include Chairman of CPA Global Limited, Senior Independent Director of Rathbone Brothers PLC and nonexecutive director of Proven (UK) Limited. Additionally David holds a number of trusteeships and consultancies including being a member of the Board of the English National Opera.
Jonathan Cohen - Senior Executive Director

Jonathan Cohen was appointed to the Board in 2007. He is a founder and director of IDDAS Limited. Formerly Chief Executive of County NatWest and subsequently Vice Chairman of Charterhouse, he is a non-executive director of Eleco Plc and a number of other companies.
Mark Sidlin - Chief Financial Officer

Mark Sidlin joined the Company as Group Finance Director in December 2007. He is a chartered accountant with extensive experience in the human resources sector. Mark was previously Group Finance Director at Penta Consulting Limited and MBA Michael Bailey Associates Plc, both IT and Telecoms recruitment companies. Prior to that he was an audit and IT partner in a city firm of chartered accountants.
Helen Pitcher - Chairman, (IDDAS)

Helen Pitcher joined the company in September 2007 as an Executive Director. She is now Chief Executive and Chairman of IDDAS, a member of Savile Group of Companies. Prior to this she was Chairman and CEO of CEDAR International.
Helen specializes in Board level coaching, Assessment and Strategy facilitation. She has an MA in HRM, is LLB. Helen is a member of various professional bodies (FIOD, FCIPD, FRSA). She is also Chair of Kidsout, the children's charity, a major fund raiser for Child Line and a representative on the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the IPD Learning and Development Panel.
Penny de Valk - Chief Executive (Fairplace Cedar)

Penny de Valk has been leading human capital organizations in the UK for the past 15 years and in September she was appointed to the position of Chief Executive, Fairplace Cedar, the career transition and talent management company in the Savile Group. Prior to that she was CEO of the Institute of Leadership and Management for four years having spent 10 years as a Director for Ceridian, a US based $1.5bn HR services organization where she headed up their employee support business and HR outsourcing and consulting services in the UK. Before joining Ceridian, she was CEO of the Institute of Management in Auckland, New Zealand. With a BA and MBA, she was ranked in the top 30 of HR's most influential thinkers in HR Magazine's Top 100 2010.
Non-executive Directors
Peter Conroy

Peter Conroy, qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co. and in 1988 joined the Baltic Group becoming group finance director in 1993. He has been actively involved in the development of the group's specialist financing and hedge fund activities and has extensive experience in private equity and corporate transactions. Mr. Conroy studied Law at Manchester University and is a member of the UK Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
Lord Freeman

Lord Freeman, has held prominent leadership roles in both the public and private sectors. A former Conservative Cabinet minister, he is Chairman of Thales Holdings UK plc and Cambridge Enterprise Ltd, and a Director of Global Energy Development plc, Thales S.A, France and Chemring Group plc. He is also Chairman of the UK Advisory Panel of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Having formerly been the Chairman of IDDAS, the board level coaching and mentoring business unit of Savile Group, since July 2008 he has been Chairman of Savile's Advisory Panel.
Alex Wilson

Alex Wilson, has served as Group Human Resources Director at BT since July 2002. He is also Chairman of the BT Benevolent Fund and is a member of the Advisory Board of the HR Masters Programme at Bocconi University School (Italy). Prior to his current position, he was Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Group Communications, at ICI (2000-2002).
