Group Structure & History
Savile Group Plc was incorporated in England and Wales in 1992 as Fairplace Consulting Plc and changed its name to Fairplace Plc in 2006 and to Savile Holdings Plc in 2007 and then Savile Group Plc in 2008. The UK is its main country of operation. Savile became a public company on its Admission to AIM in 1997.
Prior to Admission, the Company was engaged primarily in the provision of outplacement services to the financial sector and financial training. The training business was disposed of in 1997 as Savile expanded its outplacement activities into a national service for non financial sector clients and distance based career support. CEDAR TM was acquired by Savile in September 2007 and IDDAS joined the group in April 2008.
The Company's head office is in London with UK coverage provided through a network of serviced offices, regional business developers and associate consultants. These are supported by a central research facility and comprehensive tracking systems. Through its technology platform, Savile provides corporate clients with real time feedback on delivery of coaching and outplacement services.
While the focus of the Company's activities is on the UK market, Savile offers an international service to corporate clients through its membership of Career Partners International, which comprises some 65 independent career transition and executive coaching firms in the world's business centres.
