The fully diluted percentages are based on the total number of voting rights in the Company of 14,941,822 plus Warrants for 5,460,210 shares plus Options outstanding over 1,922,614 shares giving a fully diluted figure of 22,324,646 shares.
Insofar as the Company is aware, 35.73% of the Company's shares are not in public hands, being the 5,338,482 ordinary shares owned by Directors, as a percentage of the 14,941,822 shares in issue.
