Percentage holdings are calculated based on the 15,985,155 shares in issue less 1,448,333 shares held for treasury resulting in the total number of voting rights in the Company being 14,536,822. The fully diluted percentages are based on the total number of voting rights in the Company of 14,536,822 plus Warrants for 5,460,210 shares plus Options outstanding over 2,467,614 shares giving a fully diluted figure of 22,464,646 shares.
Insofar as the Company is aware, 39.53% of the Company's shares are not in public hands, being the 4,870,154 ordinary shares owned by Directors and the 1,448,333 treasury shares, as a percentage of the 15,985,155 shares in issue.
